Annual Meeting and Election set for June 13

As per its by-laws, The Resource Center hereby announces its Annual Meeting and Election will be held Monday, June 13, in its facility at 186 Lake Shore Drive West in Dunkirk, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

All current, active members of TRC are eligible to attend the meeting and to vote in the election and on any business items that may arise.  The agenda shall be as follows:

II.          Approval of the minutes of the 2010 Annual Meeting
III.         President’s Report
IV.        Treasurer’s Report
V.         Executive Director’s Report
VI.        Election of Board of Directors Officers and Members
VII.       Recognition of outgoing Board of Directors members
VIII.       TRC Foundation Chairman’s Report
IX.        “Legacy of Love” Donor Recognition

The Nominating Committee has presented to Board Secretary R. Michael Goldman, Esq., the following candidates to fill vacancies for officers and directors of the Board for the 2011-12 term, as well as vacancies on the Nominating Committee for the 2012-13 Election:
