The Resource Center of Jamestown, NY seeks a Director of Fiscal Services for this large not-for-profit comprehensive provider of human services to individuals with all types and levels of disabilities. Working in an outcome-based and team environment, the successful candidate must have the potential to work on a track to upper management.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Fiscal Services plans, develops, implements and manages sound fiscal systems; oversees A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger and budget functions. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison to the Board Finance Committee, and provides regular communication to this committee.
Must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Accounting, plus a minimum of 5 years of directly-related experience. A Masters in Accounting or Business Administration and/or CPA is preferred.
